TruCouncil is an AI-powered tool for generating business documents — business plans, financial models, brand identities, pitch decks, and more. The service is provided via the web application at trucouncil.com.

Payment
- —One-time payment per build (699 SEK) — charged at the time of order
- —Monthly subscription (Solo/Agency) — billed on a recurring basis, cancellable at any time
- —Prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
Refunds
No refunds are issued once a build has started, as AI generation consumes resources immediately. In the event of technical failures that prevent delivery, each case is handled individually.
Intellectual Property
You own the documents and content generated specifically for you. TruCouncil retains ownership of the platform, AI models, design systems, and all other software.
Service Updates
TruCouncil reserves the right to update, improve, and modify the service without prior notice. Material changes to these terms will be communicated by email.
Limitation of Liability
TruCouncil is not liable for business decisions, investments, or other actions taken based on AI-generated content. The service is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee that the content is accurate, complete, or fit for your specific purpose.
Accounts and Access

Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are resolved at first instance by the Stockholm District Court.
